Industrial tire service in Newnan, GA

The plant fleet and everything else.

We supply and fit industrial tires across Newnan, Sharpsburg, Senoia, Palmetto, and Coweta County, covering plant lift trucks, contractor equipment, and rental fleets along the I-85 south corridor. Coweta carries an unusual mix, and rental and contractor equipment behaves nothing like a plant forklift.

EQUIPMENT WE COVER IN COWETA COUNTY

Forklift tires cover the predictable indoor half of most Coweta fleets along the Bullsboro and I-85 corridor. Skid steer tires, boom lift, and scissor lift work comes mostly from rental yards and contractor fleets, where flat-proofing turns an unpredictable population into a predictable one. Telehandler work follows construction and supply through Sharpsburg, Senoia, and Grantville.

Rental and contractor equipment wears on a different curve

Damage does not follow a schedule

Nobody owns the wear

A plant forklift is run by the same crew on the same floor every day. A rental skid steer is run by whoever hired it, on ground nobody inspected, and comes back damaged rather than worn.

Damage is not a wear problem, so wear-based planning fails

You cannot forecast a puncture, but you can remove the failure mode. Foam-filled or solid tires turn an unpredictable population into a predictable one.

The units that keep coming back

If the same machines return damaged repeatedly, that is a specification signal rather than bad luck. Tell us which units and we will spec them out.

WHEN A TIRE HAS REACHED THE END

New only, no repairs

We supply and fit new. We do not repair or retread

Solid, press-on, and foam-filled tires cannot be repaired. There is no air chamber and no casing to patch, so a damaged solid tire is a replacement.

Knowing when to stop running it

Replace when the rubber reaches the 60J line molded into the sidewall, or immediately on chunking, cracking across the tread face, sidewall splits, flat spots, or a new vibration. Those are structural rather than cosmetic and they get worse quickly. Send us a photo and we will tell you honestly whether you have life left in it.

ON-SITE INSTALLATION IN COWETA COUNTY

We come to the machine

Our truck brings the press to the plant floor or the rental yard, whichever the machine is sitting in. Worn tires leave with us for EPD-compliant disposal. See how on-site tire installation works.

Questions from Coweta County fleets

Can a forklift tire be repaired?

Solid, press-on, and foam-filled tires cannot be repaired, because there is no air chamber or casing to patch. Damage on those means replacement. We supply and fit new tires, wheels, and assemblies, and we do not repair or retread. Send a photo and we will tell you honestly whether the tire still has life in it.

When should a tire be taken out of service?
Solid and resilient solid pneumatic tires carry a 60J line moulded into the sidewall, and they come out when the tread surface reaches it. Press-ons have no 60J line and are replaced when roughly two-thirds of the original rubber height remains. Chunking, cracks across the tread face, sidewall splits, flat spots, or a new vibration mean replace immediately regardless.
Why does our rental equipment go through tires so fast?

Because it fails from damage rather than wear. A rental machine is operated by whoever hired it, on ground nobody inspected, so punctures and cuts arrive unpredictably. Foam-filled or solid tires remove that failure mode and make the fleet forecastable.

Do you set up standing pricing for rental yards?

Yes. Quoting the same turnaround repeatedly costs more in administration than the tires do. We price your common sizes once, then a turnaround is a phone call, and we batch down units into a single visit.

Do you cover Senoia, Sharpsburg, and Palmetto?

Yes, along with Grantville, Moreland, Turin, and Haralson. We run the I-85 south corridor regularly, roughly exits 41 through 51.
