Industrial tire service in Doraville, GA

Our shop is ten minutes away.

Georgia Industrial Tire has operated out of 3575 McCall Pl in Doraville since 1993, which makes DeKalb the one county where the warehouse is minutes from the job. That buys you the shortest lead times we offer, and the option to drop a wheel off.

EQUIPMENT WE COVER IN DEKALB COUNTY

DeKalb is the one county where we see the full range regularly, because the shop is here and the corridors are dense enough to carry all of it. Forklift tires lead the volume across Mountain Industrial and Tucker. Skid steer tires and telehandler work cover site services through Clarkston and Stone Mountain, and access fleets through Brookhaven and Northlake usually run non-marking compounds.

Drop off a wheel instead of losing the machine

Counter service, not just mobile

The option only DeKalb has

If you can get the wheel off yourself, you do not have to wait for our truck at all. Bring it to the Doraville shop, we press the tire on, and you collect it. For a single wheel on a machine your team can lift, this is frequently faster than scheduling a visit.

When it makes sense and when it does not

Drop-off works for one or two wheels on smaller equipment where you have the tooling and somewhere safe to jack the machine. It does not work for a fleet, for large assemblies, or for foam-filled tires that need to cure. For those, the truck is the right answer and we are close enough that it arrives quickly.

Mountain industrial and the tucker corridor

Density we can schedule around

The densest industrial ground we cover

Mountain Industrial Blvd and the Tucker corridor carry more warehousing and light manufacturing per mile than anywhere else in our service area. Most of it is indoor lift truck work on sealed concrete, running cushion press-on tires or solid pneumatic tires.

Why density changes the economics

When several buildings on the same corridor are on our schedule, the travel cost per machine drops and our stocking gets more accurate because we know exactly what that corridor runs. DeKalb customers benefit from being surrounded by other DeKalb customers. If you are on Mountain Industrial, there is a good chance we are already nearby on the day you call.

On-Site Installation In Dekalb County

Questions from Dekalb County fleets

Doraville Tires

Where is Georgia Industrial Tire located?

Our shop and warehouse is at 3575 McCall Pl, Doraville, GA 30340, and we have operated from it since 1993. Every tire we fit anywhere in Georgia ships from this building, which is why DeKalb customers get the shortest lead times in our service area.

Can I bring a wheel to the shop instead of booking a visit?

Yes, if you can get the wheel off. Bring it to the Doraville shop, we press the new tire on, and you collect it. For one or two wheels on smaller equipment this is often faster than scheduling a truck. Call 770.446.6467 first so we can confirm the tire is in stock.

How fast can you get to a DeKalb site?

Faster than anywhere else we serve, since we are working from our own warehouse minutes away. Turnaround still depends on whether your size is in stock, so call with the size and we will give you a real date on the call.

Do you work on Mountain Industrial Blvd?

Regularly. It is the densest industrial corridor in our service area and we have customers along most of it. There is a reasonable chance we are already scheduled nearby on the day you call.

Do you repair forklift tires?
No. We supply and fit new tires, wheels, and assemblies, and we do not repair or retread. Solid and press-on tires cannot be repaired in any case, since there is no air chamber to patch. If a tire is failing repeatedly, the answer is a different specification rather than another repair.
